Question 1

How long does a garage floor coating take?

Accepted Answer

Most 2- and 3-car garages are done in 1 to 2 days, including grinding, repairs, and all coats.

Question 2

When can I walk and park on it?

Accepted Answer

Light foot traffic is usually fine the next day, and vehicles can go back in after about 3 to 7 days depending on the system and temperature. We'll give you exact times for your job.

Question 3

What's the difference between epoxy and polyaspartic?

Accepted Answer

Our standard system uses an epoxy base coat for a strong bond to the concrete, then a polyaspartic topcoat that resists UV yellowing, scratches, and chemicals. You get the strengths of both.

Question 4

Do you prep the concrete?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every coating job starts with diamond grinding, crack and spall repair, and a moisture barrier when the slab needs one. Prep is what makes a coating last.

Question 5

Will hot tires make it peel?

Accepted Answer

Not with proper prep and a professional-grade system. Hot-tire lift is covered by our 10-year coating warranty.

Question 6

Can you coat old or cracked concrete?

Accepted Answer

In most cases, yes. We fill and repair cracks and pitting before coating. If a slab has bigger problems, we'll tell you at the estimate.

Question 7

Is a coated floor slippery?

Accepted Answer

Full-flake floors have a natural texture, and we can add an anti-slip additive for extra grip in garages, patios, and pool decks.

Question 8

What flooring do you install besides coatings?

Accepted Answer

LVP, laminate, hardwood, engineered hardwood, and commercial flooring, including removing old flooring and prepping the subfloor.

Question 9

What areas do you serve?

Accepted Answer

Greater Sacramento, including Folsom, Roseville, Rocklin, Lincoln, Elk Grove, Rancho Cordova, Citrus Heights, Granite Bay, Fair Oaks, Gold River, El Dorado Hills, and nearby cities.

Question 10

Are estimates free?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Request a quote online or call (916) 581-8297 and we'll set up a free on-site estimate.
