Metallic epoxy is the showpiece floor. Metallic pigments move through the resin as it is worked, leaving a marbled, three-dimensional finish that looks like poured stone. No two floors come out the same.

Because the look depends on hand technique and a perfectly prepared slab, metallic takes more time and material than a flake floor. That is why it is priced higher. It suits spaces where the floor is part of the design: show garages, home bars, offices and retail floors.

A written quote, not a guess

Prep done properly

Coatings fail when prep is skipped. Every coated floor is mechanically ground (not acid-etched), cracks and pits are repaired, and old coatings are removed down to bare concrete before anything goes down.

Workmanship warranty in writing

How much does metallic epoxy cost?

A 2-car garage of about 450 sq ft is roughly $4,750–$5,850, depending on design and prep.

Is metallic epoxy slippery?

A smooth, glossy floor can be slick when wet. We can add a fine texture to the topcoat to improve grip.

Does metallic show scratches?

High-gloss floors show fine scratches more than flake floors. The topcoat takes the wear, and it can be refreshed down the road.

Do you need to come out to price my floor?

No. Most projects can be priced from the size, the floor condition and a few photos you text or upload. No home visit needed.

Is there a minimum project size?

Yes. Most projects start at $1,500, metallic floors start at $2,500, concrete sealing projects start at $1,150, and LVP or laminate flooring (most rooms) starts at $2,000 installed. Smaller areas can often be added to a larger job.
