LVP, laminate, and hardwood installations come with a 5-year limited workmanship warranty, and flooring materials also carry the manufacturer's warranty.

Concrete sealing is maintenance work that needs resealing every 2–3 years, so it carries a 1-year workmanship warranty.

Not covered: impact damage, chemicals left on the surface, moisture coming up through the slab or subfloor, cracks from slab movement, normal wear, or UV fading outdoors.

Warranty applies to the original owner once the invoice is paid in full. Full terms are in your contract.
