New-build garage with Glacier Blend flake in Sacramento
Coated right after move-in, before tire marks and oil had a chance to work into the new slab.

This covered patio is the homeowners' outdoor living room, with a built-in kitchen, a bar and seating. The previous coating on the slab was failing, peeling and flaking away and leaving the concrete worn and blotchy, so it was the one part of the space that didn't match the rest of the build.
The old failing coating was removed and the slab was prepped down to sound concrete. It was then coated with a beige epoxy base coat that ties into the stone and stucco, given a light broadcast of black flake for subtle texture, then sealed with a high-gloss clear topcoat. Work around the kitchen island, the support posts and the planter edges was kept clean and tight.
The finished floor reflects the patio cover like glass. Grease, drinks and dirt from the yard wipe right up, so the space stays ready for guests.
