This property in Lincoln, CA had a lot going on - steep driveway, a pool deck, decorative stamped concrete throughout. All of it needed to be cleaned up, protected, and ready to hold up long-term. That's exactly what we came in to handle.
We're talking 10,000 square feet of concrete surface across the driveway, pool deck, and surrounding areas. Tire marks, surface imperfections, the kind of wear that just builds up over time - we cleared all of it before applying the sealer. Prep work is where most jobs get cut short. We don't skip it.
The pool deck and steep driveway sections got a grip additive worked into the sealer. That's not just a nice extra - on a grade like this one, and right next to a pool, it's a safety requirement. Wet concrete without texture is a slip hazard. The additive gives you traction without changing the look of the surface.
What you end up with after a job like this is concrete that's clean, sealed, and protected from the elements, oil, and UV. The stamped texture across the surface still shows through clean and crisp. It looks sharp, but more importantly it's built to stay that way.
Concrete sealing at this scale is one of those things homeowners put off until the surface starts showing real damage. Getting ahead of it - before cracks open up or stains work their way in - is always the smarter move. A properly sealed surface is significantly easier to maintain and keeps its appearance much longer.
