Prep done properly
Coatings fail when prep is skipped. Every coated floor is mechanically ground (not acid-etched), cracks and pits are repaired, and old coatings are removed down to bare concrete before anything goes down.
Workmanship warranty in writing

Can you work around our business hours?
Yes. We can phase the work or schedule it around your downtime. Tell us your constraints in the quote form.
Can you remove old flooring first?
Yes. We handle carpet, glue, VCT tile and old coatings, then prep the slab for the new system.
Do you also install commercial LVP?
Yes. Many offices pair coated shop or restroom floors with LVP in the office areas. See our LVP page.
Do you need to come out to price my floor?
No. Most projects can be priced from the size, the floor condition and a few photos you text or upload. No home visit needed.
Is there a minimum project size?
Yes. Most projects start at $1,500, metallic floors start at $2,500, concrete sealing projects start at $1,150, and LVP or laminate flooring (most rooms) starts at $2,000 installed. Smaller areas can often be added to a larger job.
